We study the algebraic dimension a(X) of a compact hyperk ¨ahler manifold of dimension 2n. We show that a(X) is at most n unless X is projective. If a compact K¨ahler manifold with algebraic dimension 0 and Kodaira dimension 0 has a minimal model, then only the values 0, n and 2n are possible. In case of middle dimension, the algebraic reduction is holomorphic Lagrangian. If n = 2, then - without any assumptions - the algebraic dimension only takes the values 0, 2 and 4. The paper also gives structure results for ”generalised hyperk¨ahler” manifolds and studies nef lines bundles.

We study a certain improved fractional Sobolev–Poincaré inequality on domains, which can be considered as a fractional counterpart of the classical Sobolev–Poincaré inequality. We prove the equivalence of the corresponding weak and strong type inequalities; this leads to a simple proof of a strong type inequality on John domains. We also give necessary conditions for the validity of an improved fractional Sobolev–Poincaré inequality, in particular, we show that a domain of finite measure, satisfying this inequality and a ‘separation property’, is a John domain.

We prove a version of equivariant split generation of Fukaya category when a symplectic manifold admits a free action of a finite group <i>G</i>. Combining this with some generalizations of Seidel's algebraic frameworks from [35], we obtain new cases of homological mirror symmetry for some symplectic tori with non-split symplectic forms, which we call <i>special isogenous tori</i>. This extends the work of AbouzaidSmith [2]. We also show that derived Fukaya categories are complete invariants of special isogenous tori.

By studying the heat semigroup, we prove Li-Yau type estimates for bounded and positive solutions of the heat equation on graphs, under the assumption of the curvature-dimension inequality $CDE'(n,0)$, which can be consider as a notion of curvature for graphs. Furthermore, we derive that if a graph has non-negative curvature then it has the volume doubling property, from this we can prove the Gaussian estimate for heat kernel, and then Poincar\'{e} inequality and Harnack inequality. As a consequence, we obtain that the dimension of space of harmonic functions on graphs with polynomial growth is finite, which original is a conjecture of Yau on Riemannian manifold proved by Colding and Minicozzi. Under the assumption of positive curvature on graphs, we derive the Bonnet-Myers type theorem that the diameter of graphs is finite and bounded above in terms of the positive curvature by proving some Log Sobolev inequalities.
