We use Coulomb branch indices of Argyres-Douglas theories on S1×L(k,1) to quantize moduli spaces H of wild/irregular Hitchin systems. In particular, we obtain formulae for the "wild Hitchin characters" -- the graded dimensions of the Hilbert spaces from quantization -- for four infinite families of H, giving access to many interesting geometric and topological data of these moduli spaces. We observe that the wild Hitchin characters can always be written as a sum over fixed points in H under the U(1) Hitchin action, and a limit of them can be identified with matrix elements of the modular transform STkS in certain two-dimensional chiral algebras. Although naturally fitting into the geometric Langlands program, the appearance of chiral algebras, which was known previously to be associated with Schur operators but not Coulomb branch operators, is somewhat surprising.

In this paper, we present a mixed generalized multiscale finite element method (GMsFEM) for solving flow in heterogeneous media. Our approach constructs multiscale basis functions following a GMsFEM framework and couples these basis functions using a mixed finite element method, which allows us to obtain a mass conservative velocity field. To construct multiscale basis functions for each coarse edge, we design a snapshot space that consists of fine-scale velocity fields supported in a union of two coarse regions that share the common interface. The snapshot vectors have zero Neumann boundary conditions on the outer boundaries, and we prescribe their values on the common interface. We describe several spectral decompositions in the snapshot space motivated by the analysis. In the paper, we also study oversampling approaches that enhance the accuracy of mixed GMsFEM. Japan’s lunar probe satellite “Kaguya”, China’s lunar probe satellite “Chang’ e-1 lunar probe” left the earth on September 14th, 2007 and October 24th, 2007, began the exploration to the moon. The launching of the China’s lunar satellite is the proud to the global Chinese. However, at the same time as we are proud of the event, we must admit that the pictures published which were sent back by Japanese are clearer and more beautiful than Chinese. While we are saying that the Japan has a better technology, maybe we also need to say that the Japanese can hold better chance than Chinese when taking the pictures. The following two pictures were sent back by the satellite. Picture one is sent back by Japan’s satellite, Picture two is sent back by China’s. It can be seen that there is a long way for China if we want to become stronger at science technology. We also hope that we can have some contribution in the prosperity of China now and in the future.

We show that the scaling limit exists and is invariant under dilations and rotations. We give some tools that might be useful to show universality.
