This paper investigates the existence of a uniform in time $L^{\infty}$ bounded weak entropy solution for the quasilinear parabolic-parabolic Keller-Segel model with the supercritical diffusion exponent $0 < m < 2-\frac{2}{d}$ in the multi-dimensional space ${\mathbb{R}}^d$ under the condition that the $L^{\frac{d(2-m)}{2}}$ norm of initial data is smaller than a universal constant. Moreover, the weak entropy solution $u(x,t)$ satisfies mass conservation when $m > 1-\frac{2}{d}$. We also prove the local existence of weak entropy solutions and a blow-up criterion for general $L^1\cap L^{\infty}$ initial data.

The time evolution of the distribution function for the charged particles in a dilute gas is governed by the VlasovPoissonBoltzmann system when the force is self-induced and its potential function satisfies the Poisson equation. In this paper, we give a satisfactory global existence theory of classical solutions to this system when the initial data is a small perturbation of a global Maxwellian. Moreover, the convergence rate in time to the global Maxwellian is also obtained through the energy method. The proof is based on the theory of compressible NavierStokes equations with forcing and the decomposition of the solutions to the Boltzmann equation with respect to the local Maxwellian introduced in [23] and elaborated in [31].

We show that positive$α$-stable densities are hyperbolically completely monotone if and only if$α$≤1/2. This gives a positive answer to a question raised by L. Bondesson in 1977.

We consider admissible weak solutions to the compressible Euler system with source terms, which include rotating shallow water system and the Euler system with damping as special examples. In the case of anti-symmetric sources such as rotations, for general piecewise Lipschitz initial densities and some suitably constructed initial momentum, we obtain infinitely many global admissible weak solutions. Furthermore, we construct a class of finite-states admissible weak solutions to the Euler system with anti-symmetric sources. Under the additional smallness assumption on the initial densities, we also obtain multiple global-in-time admissible weak solutions for more general sources including damping. The basic framework are based on the convex integration method developed by De~Lellis and Sz\'{e}kelyhidi \cite{dLSz1,dLSz2} for the Euler system. One of the main ingredients of this paper is the construction of specified localized plane wave perturbations which are compatible with a given source term.
