The sharp affine isoperimetric inequality that bounds the volume of the centroid body of a star body (from below) by the volume of the star body itself is the Busemann-Petty centroid inequality. A decade ago, the Lp analogue of the classical BusemannPetty centroid inequality was proved. Here, the definition of the centroid body is extended to an Orlicz centroid body of a star body, and the corresponding analogue of the Busemann-Petty centroid inequality is established for convex bodies.

In this paper, we derive two subgradient estimates of the CR heat equation in a closed pseudohermitian 3-manifold which are served as the CR version of the Li-Yau gradient estimate. With its applications, we first get a subgradient estimate of the logarithm of the positive solution of the CR heat equation. Secondly, we have the Harnack inequality and upper bound estimate for the heat kernel. Finally, we obtain Perelman-type entropy formulae for the CR heat equation.

In analogy with the classical Minkowski problem, necessary and sufficient conditions are given to assure that a given measure on the unit sphere is the cone-volume measure of the unit ball of a finite dimensional Banach space.

The aim of this paper is twofold. First we give an explicit construction of the in¯nitesimal deformations of the category Coh(X) of coherent sheaves on a smooth projective variety X. Secondly,we show that any Fourier-Mukai transform ©: Db(X) ! Db(Y ) extends to an equivalence between the derived categories of the deformed Abelian categories.

In this paper, using connections between Clifford-Wolf isometries and Killing vector fields of constant length on a given Riemannian manifold, we classify simply connected Clifford-Wolf homogeneous Riemannian manifolds. We also get the classification of complete simply connected Riemannian manifolds with the Killing property defined and studied previously by J.E. D’Atri and H.K. Nickerson. In the last part of the paper we study properties of Clifford-Killing spaces, that is, real vector spaces of Killing vector fields of constant length, on odd-dimensional round spheres,and discuss numerous connections between these spaces and various classical objects.
