Balanced Oil and Vinegar signature schemes and the unbalanced Oil and Vinegar signature schemes are public key signature schemes based on multivariable polynomials. In this paper, we suggest a new signature scheme, which is a generalization of the Oil-Vinegar construction to improve the efficiency of the unbalanced Oil and Vinegar signature scheme. The basic idea can be described as a construction of multi-layer Oil-Vinegar construction and its generalization. We call our system a Rainbow signature scheme. We propose and implement a practical scheme, which works better than Sflash^{v_2}, in particular, in terms of signature generating time.

An explicit Fredholm determinant formula is derived for the multipoint distribution of the height function of the totally asymmetric simple exclusion process (TASEP) with arbitrary right-finite initial condition. The method is by solving the biorthogonal ensemble/non-intersecting path representation found by [54], [10]. The resulting kernel involves transition probabilities of a random walk forced to hit a curve defined by the initial data. In the KPZ 1:2:3 scaling limit the formula leads in a transparent way to a Fredholm determinant formula, in terms of analogous kernels based on Brownian motion, for the transition probabilities of the scaling invariant Markov process at the centre of the KPZ universality class. The formula readily reproduces known special self-similar solutions such as the Airy1 and Airy2 processes. The process takes values in real valued functions which look locally like Brownian motion, and is Hölder 1/3−in time. Both the KPZ fixed point and TASEP are shown to be stochastic integrable systems in the sense that the time evolution of their transition probabilities can be linearized through a new Brownian scattering transform and its discrete analogue.

We define enlargeable length-structures on closed topological manifolds and then show that the connected sum of a closed n-manifold with an enlargeable Riemannian length-structure with an arbitrary closed smooth manifold carries no Riemannian metrics with positive scalar curvature. We show that closed smooth manifolds with a locally CAT(0)-metric which is strongly equivalent to a Riemannian metric are examples of closed manifolds with an enlargeable Riemannian length-structure. Moreover, the result is correct in arbitrary dimensions based on the main result of a recent paper by Schoen and Yau. We define the positive MV-scalar curvature on closed orientable topological manifolds and show the compactly enlargeable length-structures are the obstructions of its existence.

In this paper, we show that every $(2^{n-1}+1)$-vertex induced subgraph of the $n$-dimensional cube graph has maximum degree at least $\sqrt{n}$. This result is best possible, and improves a logarithmic lower bound shown by Chung, F\"uredi, Graham and Seymour in 1988. As a direct consequence, we prove that the sensitivity and degree of a boolean function are polynomially related, solving an outstanding foundational problem in theoretical computer science, the Sensitivity Conjecture of Nisan and Szegedy.

Getzler-Jones-Petrack introduced $A_\infty$ structures on the equivariant complex for manifold $M$ with smooth $\mathbb{S}^1$ action, motivated by geometry of loop spaces. Applying Witten's deformation by Morse functions followed by homological perturbation we obtained a new set of $A_\infty$ structures. We extend and prove Fukaya's conjecture relating this Witten's deformed equivariant de Rham complexes, to a new Morse theoretical $A_\infty$ complexes defined by counting gradient trees with jumping which are closely related to the $\mathbb{S}^1$ equivariant symplectic cohomology proposed by Siedel.
