We consider the quantum cluster algebras which are injective-reachable and introduce a triangular basis in every seed. We prove that, under some initial conditions, there exists a unique common triangular basis with respect to all seeds. This basis is parametrized by tropical points as expected in the Fock-Goncharov conjecture. As an application, we prove the existence of the common triangular bases for the quantum cluster algebras arising from representations of quantum affine algebras and partially for those arising from quantum unipotent subgroups. This result implies monoidal categorification conjectures of Hernandez-Leclerc and Fomin-Zelevinsky in the corresponding cases: all cluster monomials correspond to simple modules.

In this paper, we generalize the point integral method to solve the general elliptic PDEs with variable coefficients and corresponding eigenvalue problems with Neumann, Robin and Dirichlet boundary conditions on point cloud. The main idea is using integral equations to approximate the original PDEs. The integral equations are easy to discretize on the point cloud. The truncation error of the integral approximation is analyzed. Numerical examples are presented to demonstrate that PIM is an effective method to solve the elliptic PDEs with smooth coefficients on point cloud.

Let M and N be two compact complex manifolds. We show that if the tautological line bundle O_{T^∗}M(1) is not pseudo-effective and O_{T^∗}N(1) is nef, then there is no non-constant holomorphic map from M to N. In particular, we prove that any holomorphic map from a compact complex manifold M with RC-positive tangent bundle to a compact complex manifold N with nef cotangent bundle must be a constant map. As an application, we obtain that there is no non-constant holomorphic map from a compact Hermitian manifold with positive holomorphic sectional curvature to a Hermitian manifold with non-positive holomorphic bisectional curvature.
