For a bipolar hydrodynamic model of semiconductors in the form of EulerPoisson equations with Dirichlet or Neumann boundary conditions, in this paper we first heuristically analyze the most probable asymptotic profile (the so-called diffusion waves) and then prove this long-time behavior rigorously. For this, we construct correction functions to show the convergence of the original solution to the diffusion wave with optimal convergence rates by the energy method. Moreover, in the case with Dirichlet boundary condition, when the initial perturbation is in some weighted L^1 space, a faster and optimal convergence rate is also given.

Perturbations by analytic discs along generating CR-submanifolds of C^{n}are considered. In the case all partial indices of a closed path$p$in a generating CR-fibration {$M$(ξ)}_{ξ∈∂$D$}are greater or equal to −1 we can completely parametrize all small holomorphic perturbations of the path$p$along the fibration {$M$(ξ)}_{ξ∈∂$D$}. In this case we also study the geometry of perturbations by analytic discs and their relation to the conormal bundle of the fibration.

Motivated by Kapranov's discovery of an $L_\infty$ algebra structure on the tangent complex of a K\"{a}hler manifold and Chen-Sti\'{e}non-Xu's construction of a Leibniz$_\infty[1]$ algebra associated with a Lie pair, we find a general method to construct Leibniz$_\infty[1]$ algebras ---from a DG derivation $\mathscr{A} \xrightarrow{\delta} \Omega$ of a commutative differential graded algebra $\mathscr{A}$ valued in a DG $\mathscr{A}$-module $\Omega$. We prove that for any $\delta$-connection $\nabla$ on $\mathcal{B}$, the $\A$-dual of $\Omega$, there associates a Leibniz$_\infty[1]$ $\mathscr{A}$-algebra $(\mathcal{B},\{\mathcal{R}^\nabla_k\}_{k\geq 1})$. Moreover, this construction is canonical, i.e., the isomorphism class of $(\mathcal{B},\{\mathcal{R}^\nabla_k\}_{k\geq 1})$ only depends on the homotopy class of $\delta$.
