Let $X$ be an abstract not necessarily compact orientable CR manifold of dimension $2n-1$, $n\geqslant2$. Let $\Box^{(q)}_{b}$ be the Gaffney extension of Kohn Laplacian for $(0,q)$--forms. We show that the spectral function of $\Box^{(q)}_b$ admits a full asymptotic expansion on the non-degenerate part of the Levi form. As a corollary, we deduce that if $X$ is compact and the Levi form is non-degenerate of constant signature on $X$, then the spectrum of $\Box^{(q)}_b$ in $]0,\infty[$ consists of point eigenvalues of finite multiplicity. Moreover, we show that a certain microlocal conjugation of the associated Szeg\H{o} kernel admits an asymptotic expansion under a local closed range condition. As applications, we establish the Szeg\H{o} kernel asymptotic expansions on some weakly pseudoconvex CR manifolds and on CR manifolds with transversal CR $S^1$ actions. By using these asymptotics, we establish some local embedding theorems on CR manifolds and we give an analytic proof of a theorem of Lempert asserting that a compact strictly pseudoconvex CR manifold of dimension three with a transversal CR $S^1$ action can be CR embedded into $\Complex^N$, for some $N\in\mathbb N$.

In this paper, we propose a new algorithm for solving the general approximate common divisors (GACD) problems, which is based on lattice reduction algorithms on certain special lattices and linear equation solving algorithms over integers. Through both theoretical arguments and experimental data, we show that our new algorithm works in polynomial time but under roughly the following condition: \begin{itemize} \item There is a positive integer t such that \frac{\gamma+\eta}{t} + \frac{t}{H} + \rho < \eta; \item We have more than t GACD samples. \end{itemize} or equivalently \begin{itemize} \item H(\eta-\rho)^2 - 4(\gamma+\eta) > 0; \item We have more than t = \lceil\frac{H(\eta-\rho) - \sqrt{H^2(\eta-\rho)^2 - 4H(\gamma+\eta)}{2}\rceil GACD samples. \end{itemize} Here \gamma, \eta and \rho are parameters describing a GACD problem, H = 1/\log_2 F and F is the Hermite Factor. In our experiments, H is shown to be roughly 40 when using the LLL reduction algorithm and it should be around 80 when using Deep or BKZ algorithms. % We use our algorithm to solve concrete problems that no other algorithm could solve before. We show how our algorithm can be applied to attack the fully homomorphic encryption schemes which are based on the general approximate common divisors problem and its limitations.

In this paper, we will discuss some upper bound formulas for Ramsey numbers.At first, we will derive a more unified form from two parameter formulas which was obtained by Yiru Huang etc. Then, similar to their methods, we introduce two new bound formulas for Ramsey numbers in this paper. At last, as the applications of our new bound formulas, some upper bounds for small Ramsey numbers will be obtained.

We propose a geometric inequality for two-dimensional spacelike surfaces in the Schwarzschild spacetime. This inequality implies the Penrose inequality for collapsing dust shells in general relativity, as proposed by Penrose and Gibbons. We prove that the inequality holds in several important cases.
