These notions in the title are of fundamental importance in any branch of physics. However, there have been great difficulties in finding physically acceptable definitions of them in general relativity since Einstein's time. I shall explain these difficulties and progresses that have been made. In particular, I shall introduce new definitions of center of mass and angular momentum at both the quasi-local and total levels, which are derived from first principles in general relativity and by the method of geometric analysis. With these new definitions, the classical formula p=mv is shown to be consistent with Einstein's field equation for the first time. In this paper, a dual Orlicz–Brunn–Minkowski theory is presented. An Orlicz radial sum and dual Orlicz mixed volumes are introduced. The dual Orlicz–Minkowski inequality and the dual Orlicz–Brunn–Minkowski inequality are estab-lished. The variational formula for the volume with respect to the Orlicz radial sum is proved. The equivalence between the dual Orlicz–Minkowski inequality and the dual Orlicz–Brunn–Minkowski inequality is demonstrated. Orlicz intersection bodies are defined and the Orlicz–Busemann–Petty problem is posed.

In this paper we obtain a stability theorem of generalized K¨ahler structures with one pure spinor under small deformations of generalized complex structures. (This is analogous to the stability theorem of K¨ahler manifolds by Kodaira-Spencer.) We apply the stability theorem to a class of compact K¨ahler manifolds which admits deformations to generalized complex manifolds and obtain non-trivial generalized K¨ahler structures on Fano surfaces and toric K¨ahler manifolds. In particular, we show that every nonzero holomorphic Poisson structure on a K¨ahler manifold induces deformations of non-trivial generalized K¨ahler structures.

The purpose of this paper is to classify the Möbius homogeneous hypersurfaces with two distinct principal curvatures in$S$^{$n$+1}under the Möbius transformation group. Additionally, we give a classification of the Möbius homogeneous hypersurfaces in$S$^{4}.

In this paper, we study the Kurdyka–Łojasiewicz (KL) exponent, an important quantity for analyzing the convergence rate of first-order methods. Specifically, we develop various calculus rules to deduce the KL exponent of new (possibly nonconvex and nonsmooth) functions formed from functions with known KL exponents. In addition, we show that the well-studied Luo–Tseng error bound together with a mild assumption on the separation of stationary values implies that the KL exponent is 1/2 . The Luo–Tseng error bound is known to hold for a large class of concrete structured optimization problems, and thus we deduce the KL exponent of a large class of functions whose exponents were previously unknown. Building upon this and the calculus rules, we are then able to show that for many convex or nonconvex optimization models for applications such as sparse recovery, their objective function’s KL exponent is 1/2 . This includes the least squares problem with smoothly clipped absolute deviation regularization or minimax concave penalty regularization and the logistic regression problem with l_1 regularization. Since many existing local convergence rate analysis for first-order methods in the nonconvex scenario relies on the KL exponent,our results enable us to obtain explicit convergence rate for various first-order methods when they are applied to a large variety of practical optimization models. Finally, we further illustrate how our results can be applied to establishing local linear convergence of the proximal gradient algorithm and the inertial proximal algorithm with constant step sizes for some specific models that arise in sparse recovery.
