In this paper, we prove the uniqueness of topological multivortex solutions for the self-dual Maxwell–Chern–Simons U(1)U(1) model if the Chern–Simons coupling parameter is sufficiently large and the charge of electron is sufficiently small or large. On the other hand, we also establish the sharp region of the flux for non-topological solutions and provide the classification of radial solutions of all types in the case of one vortex point.

In this paper, we study entire solutions of the Allen-Chan equation in one-dimensional Euclidean space. This equation is a scalar reaction-diffusion equation with a bistable nonlinearity. It is well-known that this equation admits three different types of traveling fronts connecting two of its three constant states. Under certain conditions on the wave speeds, the existence of entire solutions with merging these three traveling fronts is shown by constructing a suitable pair of super-sub-solutions.

In this paper, we provide rigorous justification of the hydrostatic approximation and the derivation of primitive equations as the small aspect ratio limit of the incompressible three-dimensional Navier-Stokes equations in the anisotropic horizontal viscosity regime. Setting $\varepsilon >0$ to be the small aspect ratio of the vertical to the horizontal scales of the domain, we investigate the case when the horizontal and vertical viscosities in the incompressible three-dimensional Navier-Stokes equations are of orders $O(1)$ and $O(\varepsilon^\alpha)$, respectively, with $\alpha>2$, for which the limiting system is the primitive equations with only horizontal viscosity as $\varepsilon$ tends to zero. In particular we show that for ``well prepared" initial data the solutions of the scaled incompressible three-dimensional Navier-Stokes equations converge strongly, in any finite interval of time, to the corresponding solutions of the anisotropic primitive equations with only horizontal viscosities, as $\varepsilon$ tends to zero, and that the convergence rate is of order $O\left(\varepsilon^\frac\beta2\right)$, where $\beta=\min\{\alpha-2,2\}$. Note that this result is different from the case $\alpha=2$ studied in [Li, J.; Titi, E.S.: \emph{The primitive equations as the small aspect ratio limit of the Navier-Stokes equations: Rigorous justification of the hydrostatic approximation}, J. Math. Pures Appl., \textbf{124} \rm(2019), 30--58], where the limiting system is the primitive equations with full viscosities and the convergence is globally in time and its rate of order $O\left(\varepsilon\right)$.

We establish local higher integrability estimates for upper gradients of vector-valued parabolic quasi-minimizers in metric measure spaces, satisfying a doubling property and supporting a weak Poincaré inequality.

This paper investigates infinite-time spreading and finite-time blow-up for the Keller-Segel system. For 0 < m ≤ 2 − 2 / d, the L p space for both dynamic and steady solutions are detected with ${p:=\frac{d(2-m)}{2} }$ . Firstly, the global existence of the weak solution is proved for small initial data in L p . Moreover, when m > 1 − 2 / d, the weak solution preserves mass and satisfies the hyper-contractive estimates in L q for any p < q < ∞. Furthermore, for slow diffusion 1 < m ≤ 2 − 2/d, this weak solution is also a weak entropy solution which blows up at finite time provided by the initial negative free energy. For m > 2 − 2/d, the hyper-contractive estimates are also obtained. Finally, we focus on the L p norm of the steady solutions, it is shown that the energy critical exponent m = 2d/(d + 2) is the critical exponent separating finite L p norm and infinite L p norm for the steady state solutions.
