Let p be a prime and L be a finite extension of ℚp. We study the ordinary parts of GL2(L)-representations arised in the mod p cohomology of Shimura curves attached to indefinite division algebras which splits at a finite place above p. The main tool of the proof is a theorem of Emerton \cite{Em3}.

In this paper we prove the Iwasawa main conjecture for the Rankin-Selberg product of a general modular form and a CM form of higher weight. This result has been used by others to prove the converse of the theorem of Gross-Zagier and Kolyvagin, and the BSD formula for elliptic curves of analytic rank one.

For an odd prime p, we prove the p-part of the Birch and Swinnerton-Dyer formula for semistable elliptic curves of analytic rank one.

In this paper we prove the \pm-main conjecture formulated by Kobayashi for elliptic curves with supersingular reduction at p such that a_p = 0. We also prove as a corollary the p-part of the BSD formula at supersingular primes when the analytic rank is 0.
