This paper resolves a number of problems in the perturbation theory of linear operators, linked with the 45-year-old conjecure of M. G. Kreĭn. In particular, we prove that every Lipschitz function is operator-Lipschitz in the Schatten–von Neumann ideals$S$^{$α$}, 1 <$α$< ∞. In this paper we consider various aspects of generalized invertibility of the operator matrixacting on a Banach space$X$⊕$Y$.

It is proved that the natural embedding of a separable Banach space$X$into the corresponding Bourgain–Pisier space extends $\mathcal{L}_{\infty}$ -valued operators.

In this article, we classify all standard invariants that can arise from a composed inclusion of an A3with an A4subfactor. More precisely, if N⊂P is an A3subfactor and P⊂M is an A4subfactor, then only four standard invariants can arise from the composed inclusion N⊂M. We answer a question posed by Bisch and Haagerup in 1994. The techniques of this paper also show that there are exactly four standard invariants for the composed inclusion of two A4subfactors.

The first two authors classified subfactor planar algebra generated by a non-trivial 2-box subject to the condition that the dimension of 3-boxes is at most 12 in Part I; 13 in Part II of this series. They are the group planar algebra for , the Fuss-Catalan planar algebra, and the group/subgroup planar algebra for Z_2 ⊂ Z_5 \rtimes Z_2.. In the present paper, we extend the classification to 14 dimensional 3-boxes. They are all Birman-Murakami-Wenzl algebras. Precisely it contains a depth 3 one from quantum O(3), and a one-parameter family from quantum S_p(4).
